Join us for our Shed a Few in 2022 Challenge throughout the month of January and get the year started right!
Happy New Year Inspire Family! A new year is a perfect opportunity to make new goals and reach new milestones. The team is back again with a 60-workout challenge to help you start off 2022 the inspired way. Enjoy cycle, strength, fusion, core, and mobility workouts every day of January. Listen to your body and push yourself beyond your limits with this fun and intense challenge!
The Shed a Few in 2022 Challenge starts January 1st and ends on the 31st. You can find the workouts by tapping the banner from the Spotlight screen in the Inspire Fitness app.
You’ll be getting a mix of cardio and full-body workouts throughout the month of January. The challenge is led by our team of cycle, fusion, and strength trainers ready to push you to be your best self. The Inspire Fitness trainers you’ll find within the challenge include; Ashley, Angel, Darien, Darion, Darius, Abby, Austin, Matt, Nicole, and Tyler. These workouts will be focusing on burning fat, improving flexibility, and increasing endurance. This challenge is great for all ages and experience levels from beginner to advanced.
You’ll need these three workout essentials to complete this challenge: free weights and cycle bike with an optional yoga mat. The Shed a Few in 2022 Challenge workouts will range from 15-60 minutes including Indoor Cycle, Fusion (cycle+free weights), and Free Weight workouts.
