Inspire Fitness is all about helping you find a routine that works for your schedule, experience level, and personal goals. Whether you know your way around a bench press or are just getting into the swing of things by stretching in the morning, we’ve got you covered.
To assist you in building a consistent routine, we found some hacks to solve the issue of not having enough tools to exercise with.
Take a look at a list of objects that you’ll find in your very own room, kitchen, garage… Basically, you won’t have to look far to find materials to build your own gym! Try setting up a designated time to get your heart rate up for a bit, or truly commit to weaving in some quick exercises into your daily tasks, whatever works for you.
