FPC1 Full Power Cage

The FPC1 Full Power Cage by Inspire Fitness comes with a multi-grip pull up bar to work your upper body and back. Equipped with two adjustable inner and outer safeties, so you can conduct your Olympic bar exercises inside or in front of the rack. Lined J-hooks provide a soft landing for your bar, while dip handle gives you even more versatility with the rack. Throw your bar in the landmine attachment to take advantage of this added feature. And add bands to the upper or lower attachments to reduce or increase resistance on your bar. Lastly, the battle rope attachment lets you add this HIIT workout staple and get even more out of your rack. It's a staple for any home gym but loaded with extras.
