We had an older “all in one” home gym that was clunky to use so it sat unused in the garage and we had a Olympic weight bench that I hurt myself on because I missed the back bar stop with heavy weights. We sold both of those and bought the SF3 and I couldn’t be happier. The SF3 is such a sleek smooth operating machine with so many exercise possibilities. It is fun to use and I end up working out more at home than the gym because I don’t have to wait to use my own machine. I’ve also purchased a few add on accessories for even more options. Everything I’ve received from Inspire is good quality, works well, looks good, and their customer service if you have questions is amazing. I was dreading putting the SF3 together, because I hate assembling stuff, but their videos made it easy to get done on a day off. Having a Smith machine and dual cable stacks combined together is genius because of the variety one machine can provide without having to load up Olympic weights. I got this machine and a set of Inspire dumbbells’ and you can do 85% of what you can do in the gym. I highly recommend the SF3, get one and let working out at home be fun again!

I picked this up for my home gym, and it complements my free weights and aerobic equipment (elliptical, treadmill, and rower) perfectly. The installation video on youtube is very well done; pausing and resuming the video is all I had to do to get it all done. Some steps required a helper, and my teenage son was on hand for that. The Inspire Fitness app is a great way to get to know the machine (trainer Tracey is my go to for the SF3). All said, I have had the machine for a couple of months, and it has been a great buy.

Purchased from Costco. In my home gym, I was always weary of going to higher weights especially for bench pressing. So was looking for a machine with guide rails and safety. Found the SF3 at Costco. Couldn’t be more pleased. Build is is top quality. Endless exercise possibilities for the full body. The Smith bar adds more even versatility. Included attachments are very useful. I also purchased a row attachment from Amazon.
Would highly recommend following the official video for assembly instructions. Made it really easy. You may need another helping hand at certain points.

I bought my SF3 from Costco. It is a great deal as the price is similar to a competitor machine I was going to buy, but the competitor did not have a smith machine. Everything is smooth and solid with the machine. The attachments it comes with are also high quality and the bench is surprisingly solid but very compact. It is extremely convenient to be able to do cable exercises at home along with smith machine exercises.

Solid construction! Excellent video on how to put it together. The app is helpful to improve form and has good workouts. We like the integrated Smith machine and the cables are smooth (4 regular home users and the Spartan comes home to use it too). The accessories are perfect for multiple muscle group work outs. Inspire is now a Costco Next partner. That’s a strong indicator for us of quality and value.

Very solid. Though surprisingly easy to build. The app has videos that help you learn how to use the machine, which is very helpful. Highly recommended.
