Just as we were able to get our production lines multiplied and maximized, then came the material shortages and, more specifically, a shortage in weight plates. This has impacted the production and delivery of all products, but especially our beloved strength machines that require weight plates. We take these challenges head-on at Inspire Fitness and our teams have been working around the clock for months to get product and supplies secured.
We have now entered Fall and we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, as we hope that you can too. We have products shipping daily and we are fulfilling customer orders in the order they were received.
I can promise you that our retail partners, our factory teams, and our teams here at Headquarters are doing everything in our power to get product to you as soon as possible. If you are looking for a specific machine that is out of stock on our website, please check with your local showroom. If you have questions about orders you have already placed with your local showroom, please contact them directly for those inquiries as well. In all of our transparency, we are here to help.

Hi. I purchased and paid in full for the M3equipment since July. NO delivery as of yet. And now the Seller ( FirstPlaceFitness / Altamonte Springs Florida) does not even answer my communications. I have not yet received this equipment and see on your website that it is out of stock.
Therefore, why is your authorized dealer ( Firstplace Fitness) selling this equipment to its customers? I paid $3700 on my credit card and being charged interest since July while I do not have this purchase fulfilled. It seems to me that FPF ( your dealer) is committing fraud here by selling me something which is not available. False advertising and fraudulent sale.
Please let me know how this matter can be resolved.

I am trying to order replacement parts for my inspire M2, but to no avail. Is there a number I can call to order parts? I realize that I may have to pay for the items and that is fine. I just want to get the parts that will make my m2 like new again.
