Dual Hook Curl Bar
Standing Thruster
1. Positioning the Dual Hook Straight Bar in front of you, grab the bar (palms down) on either end.
2. Hoist the bar up (palms should be facing out & up) .
3. Squat.
4. Press bar overhead.
5. Repeat squat & press movement.

Pull Up Bar
Burpees to Reverse Pull-Up Drops
Hanging Chair Pose With Kicks
Hanging Knee Twists
Fly high with these ultra-effective moves on the pull-up bar.
1. Jump down into a push up.
2. Upon standing, jump up into a pull up position on the Pull Up Bar.
3. Slowly lower.
4. Repeat sequence.
1. Hang from the Pull Up Bar.
2. Lift knees to a “sitting” position.
3. Kick out one leg at a time (straight ahead).
4. Repeat.
1. With hands securely on the Pull Up Bar, knees and feet pressed together, bring knees up and to the side in a smooth twisting motion.
2. Straighten legs and then bring back up in the opposite direction.
3. Repeat.
