My name is Angel Cipolla and I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I continue to have a passion for helping clients reach their goals. I am a personal trainer, nationally certified through NASM, ACE and ACSM as well as a Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor. I’ve always been interested in the nutrition side of fitness as well and am certified as a Precision Nutrition Coach and a Weight Loss Specialist through NASM. This year I will have my 28th wedding anniversary and have two grown sons. When not training, I love cooking, watching sports, racing 5ks and drinking wine with my friends. How did you get into fitness?
I’ve been athletic all my life but I got serious about getting back into shape after my second son was born when I was 30. I decided I wanted to help others get into their best shape too and took steps to learn all that I could to become a trainer.
What do you like to do on the weekends?
I love to cook for friends, watch baseball, football and UFC, hike and spend time with my family.
What inspires you?
My clients who make their fitness a priority, elite athletes because of their self-discipline and my two awesome sons who make me proud every day.
What’s your pre-workout routine or ritual?
Black coffee, motivating music, and a plan.
What has motivated you to become a trainer?
I love setting people up for success. What better way than helping them reach a goal? Being a trainer is one of the most rewarding careers out there.
How do you motivate others?
By being a positive influence in their lives even when there are setbacks. We are all human and we can make small changes each week that make a big impact.

What are some of your goals?
To start painting again. I’d love to go to Ireland where my mother was born, and I would love to become a grandmother someday. 😉
