My name is Angel Cipolla and I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I continue to have a passion for helping clients reach their goals. I am a personal trainer, nationally certified through NASM, ACE and ACSM as well as a Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor. I’ve always been interested in the nutrition side of fitness as well and am certified as a Precision Nutrition Coach and a Weight Loss Specialist through NASM. This year I will have my 28th wedding anniversary and have two grown sons. When not training, I love cooking, watching sports, racing 5ks and drinking wine with my friends.
