Nicole is a fitness fanatic with a passion for all kinds of movement! Nicole entered the fitness world over 20 years ago. She is a certified Group Fitness / Cycle instructor through Schwinn. Her knowledge, energy and disciple come from many years of extensive dance training. Nicole wants to share her love for fitness with others who have aspiration to become a better stronger version of themselves. She has been married for 15 years with three amazing daughters who she wants to instill fitness in their lives everyday as well. You’ll leave her classes feeling like you had fun but worked hard and that makes you want to come back for more. Nicole is addicted to fitness and will never quit. How did you get into fitness?
Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always danced. As I got older fitness became a part of my dancing to help me stay conditioned. As I transitioned out of dancing, the fitness world stole my heart!
What do you like to do on the weekends?
Love to hike the hills with my doggies! Also, spending time with my family and keeping up with all my three daughters sports and activities.
What inspires you?
I am inspired by my three daughters who have helped me find passion to motivate, coach and instill a healthy lifestyle for my clients and family.
What’s your pre-workout routine or ritual?
Music is a huge part of my life…so each day before I teach any type of class I always listen to my music very loud in the car on my way to the studio to find motivation and energy!
What has motivated you to become a trainer?
Over the years, I’ve seen many positive results physically and mentally with motivating people to work out and stay healthy. This has given me so much motivation to want to train and bring a positive energy to clients and family.
How do you motivate others?
I enjoy motivating others through positive words of encouragement and helping others to push themselves to reach their goals!

I am most proud of being a mother to my three amazing daughters!
Where can everyone find you?
Well, every morning you can find me at Inspire Fitness Studio and as the day progresses, I am running a construction company and playing a large role in all my daughter’s schools, sports and activities. But on any given day by chance I have a few minutes of down time, you can find me at home with my dog, Misty.
