Fusion workouts are two workouts in one, and the Inspire Fitness app offers different combos for you to choose from. Let’s take a better look and break down our Fusion workouts.
The Fusion combos now available on the app are:

Functional Trainer + Cycle

Free Weights + Cycle

Yoga + Free Weights
Each of these combos are an equal 50/50 split that helps promote fat loss and general strength to ensure more impact in less time.
For example, if you work out along with one of our Cardio + Strength Fusion classes, there is a mixture of moderate to high intensity strength training exercises and cardio machine intervals that will have your heart pumping. You can expect the strength portion to incorporate either an Inspire Fitness Functional Trainer or Free Weights.
Within Fusion, there’s two types of workouts, classes that are focused on fat loss and classes focused on general strength. Within those two categories, we have a number of different styles to choose from. Keep your workouts fresh by rotating between these different workout styles. Some of these you might know, some might be brand new terms. Let’s break them down for a better understanding:

Circuit – Full, repetitive sets of cardio, strength & bodyweight

EMOM – Set number of reps completed within 60 seconds & leftover time within the minute is the rest period

Fat Burning Zone – Split workout with cardio work first, followed by strength training on the mat

HIIT – High intensity training through 1:1 strength-to-cardio intervals to maximize burn

Muscle Toning Zone – Split workout with strength circuits followed by cardio work

Tabata – High intensity training that alternates between 45 second working periods and 15 second rest periods
