Join us for our Summer Shred Challenge throughout the month of May and get ready for summer!
Say goodbye to winter weight and say hello to summer shred. Get ready for the Challenge that will have you dripping in sweat and ready to show off your beach bod in no time.
The Summer Shred Challenge starts May 1st and ends on the 30th. You can find the workouts under the “Summer Challenge” row in the Inspire Fitness app.
You’ll be getting a mix of full body workouts throughout the month of May. The Summer Shred is led by our cycle, fusion and strength trainers so you are guaranteed to push to your limits. The Inspire Fitness trainers you’ll find within the challenge include; Ashley, Angel, Dayna, Matt, Abby, Austin, Rachel, Nicole, Tyler and Wendy. These workouts will be focusing on losing weight to get your body toned and ready for summer. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, this challenge will have you working hard every day of the month.
You’ll need these three workout essentials to complete this challenge: free weights and cycle bike with an optional yoga mat. The Summer Shred Challenge workouts will range from 20-60 minutes including Indoor Cycle, Fusion (cycle+free weights), and Free Weight workouts.
